At Subiaco Marist Cricket Club (SMCC), we are committed to building an inclusive, community-focused cricket club that provides the best possible experience for every player, family, volunteer, and supporter.

We are currently in the development phase of our Strategic Plan (2025–2029). This plan will set out our goals and priorities for the next four years, ensuring that SMCC continues to grow as a strong, welcoming, and sustainable club for our community.

We want to hear from everyone involved with SMCC – from our Blasters families and junior parents to our volunteers and senior players. Your insights will help us:

• Develop pathways for boys, girls, and youth into senior cricket

• Support volunteer and coach development

• Strengthen club culture and community connection

• Ensure our governance, operations, and programs reflect the needs of our members

Feedback Closing Date

This consultation will remain open until the beginning of the season (end of September 2025). We encourage you to have your say before this date to ensure your thoughts are included in the draft Strategic Plan.
