🏏 About Woolworths Cricket Blast
Woolworths Cricket Blast is Cricket Australia’s official entry-level program, designed to introduce children to the game in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. At Subiaco Marist Cricket Club, Cricket Blast provides kids aged 4-5 to 10 years with an exciting first experience of cricket, focusing on developing fundamental movement skills, building confidence, and fostering friendships. With sessions led by enthusiastic coaches, kids participate in action-packed activities and games that teach the basics of batting, bowling, and fielding, preparing them for their cricket journey ahead while ensuring every session is full of energy and smiles.
We are very excited to announce based on your feedback over the last couple of years, we are introducing canteen dinner for our Friday nights. We are excited to bring this to Subiaco Marist and thank James and his team for the opportunity to provide a variety of choice and some absolute bangers! We as a club do not take anything for the canteen as this is independently run and full support by the club, it’s a first for Subiaco Marist and the NSA. We hope that we can introduce this for future years more consistently and Friday night cricket was the perfect way to introduce this concept.
At this stage we are alternating the canteen and sausage sizzle. We are also going to offer free sausage sizzle for the kids, another way we can help the hip pocket and like to thank our sponsors for enabling us to deliver this, adults still require to purchase the hotdogs. Your feedback is important so please let us know how we are going.

Junior Blasters (Ages 5(4)–7):
